Same standard on every job

Licensed, insured, and careful with your property

Every service on this page runs to the same standard. Licensed and insured in Michigan, with general liability and commercial auto cover, and certificates issued the same day for contractors, property managers and HOAs who need one on file before we come on site.

Boards go under the rails on every driveway placement as standard rather than as an upsell, and the driver walks the spot with you before anything moves. New England freeze-thaw and road salt are hard on driveways, so if a surface is already cracked or spalling we will say so and suggest a better spot rather than press on and hope.

Process

The same five steps on every job

  1. 1

Call and tell us the job

One short conversation. We ask what you are clearing, where the box needs to sit and when you need it. No forms, no waiting on an email.

  2. 2

We size it and quote it flat

You get one number covering delivery, the rental period, pickup, disposal and a stated tonnage allowance. If a smaller box does the job we will say so.

  3. 3

Delivered on boards, where you want it

The driver walks the spot with you, lays protection under the rails and sets the container square. In winter, clear the snow off the spot and we will handle the rest.

  4. 4

    Load at your own pace

Keep it level with the top rail and keep the banned items out. Need a swap mid-job or an early pickup? One call and we are on it.

  5. 5

We haul it and sort it right

Clean concrete, metal and green waste get routed for recovery rather than buried. You get your driveway back the way you left it.

Service area

Where we deliver across southwest Michigan

We run roll-off dumpsters out of our 79 Grand Trunk Ave yard across Calhoun County and Kalamazoo County — from the older streets of Urbandale, Springfield and Post Addition out to Pennfield and Bedford, east on I-94 to Marshall and Albion, and west toward Galesburg, Portage and Kalamazoo. If your town is not on this list, call us anyway. We probably still get there.

Answers

Questions about our services

Which dumpster service do I need?

Start with the material rather than the label. Mixed household contents and furniture go in a standard container; concrete, brick, dirt and asphalt need a dedicated heavy-debris box; clean branches and brush are much cheaper as a separate green load, and Michigan bans yard waste from disposal so it has to stay clean. If your job spans two of those, tell us and we will work out whether one container or two costs less.

Can I mix different types of debris in one dumpster?

Usually yes for general household and construction waste. The exceptions are the ones that cost money: concrete, brick, block, dirt and asphalt must stay in their own container, and clean yard waste has to be kept separate because Michigan bans them from landfill, as do whole scrap tyres. Prohibited items — liquids, chemicals, batteries, refrigerant appliances, asbestos — cannot go in any container at all.

Do you offer same-day dumpster delivery?

Most days, yes. Orders placed before noon usually go out the same day inside Battle Creek and the nearer towns, and next morning further out. Live jobsite swaps take priority. Spring frost-law restrictions and severe weather can occasionally get in the way — if so, we will tell you straight rather than promise a slot we cannot hold.

Do you handle commercial and contractor accounts?

Yes, and a good share of our work is repeat trade. Accounts get priority scheduling on swap-outs, consistent pricing across sites, certificates of insurance on file and a direct line. If you are running several jobs at once that is worth setting up properly rather than booking each one ad hoc.

What if I need the container longer than planned?

Call and we will extend it. Extra days are inexpensive and sorted in a minute. Jobs run long — that is normal — and we would much rather extend than have you overfill a container or rush the work to beat a pickup.

Do you work in winter?

Yes, right through it. The one thing we need is the placement spot cleared of snow before the truck arrives, and somewhere sensible for the snow to go that is not where the container needs to sit. Frozen ground carries a loaded truck well, so winter deliveries are often easier than spring ones.
